These houses were designed for a site on the edge of a new wetland park. The two storey 'townhouses' are devised to accommodate the possibility of flooding, with all main accommodation above ground floor level and enjoying views across the park. Living rooms have access to balconies on the first floor and private courtyard gardens with sheltered space, secure from the waterside path are provided on the ground floor.
