This is a three bedroom house in the site of a derelict industrial building. Site constraints dictated that only the front elevation could have windows, so a two storey lightwell was incorporated into the middle of the plan. A large south facing roof terrace provides outdoor space. The front elevation is clad in sweet chestnut.
